With
the Pub Tap you can draft your favourite beverage using
CO2 as the propellant. Pub Tap is beverage quality CO2 99.97%
pure.
Once attached to the keg, all that is required is installing
a CO2 cylinder, then begin pouring immediately.
You set the pressure so you control the foamy head naturally,
the way the brewery intended.
It takes one cylinder to dispense a full 1/4 barrel and,
therefore, two cylinders to dispense a full 1/2 barrel.
